These requirements typically result in a much longer delivery time and significantly higher price of your desk from the “custom” manufacturers.  And once you have ordered your desk with a certain height, you can't change it. We have satisfied the size requirement by offering two models of our desks in different widths, the Uncle Alex (56” wide) and the PayStation, Sr. (32” wide). But more importantly, both of these models are “height” adjustable.  (See dimensions on the specification page for each desk.)  Once you order the desk and the height might not be exactly correct, or if you ever want to sell your desk or give it as a gift, you can change the height!  This patent pending "conversion kit" feature is only available on desks sold by Graham / Peterson Desk Company.

All of our desks are hand made and hand finished by experienced furniture craftsmen. We have carefully chosen a single, high quality lacquered, standard brown mahogany finish for all of our pieces that easily complement 98% of home or office environments.  The wood we use is high quality, furniture grade, solid mahogany with some mahogany veneering for wood stability.  And we have added standard features to each desk that you simply won’t find with other even much higher priced desks on the market, including the following:

  1. Two ample supply drawers;
  2. Hidden manuscript tray under the desktop;
